Free Fighting

Traditional Kung Fu training plays

an important part within the lessons

provided by the club. The extensive

syllabus includes concepts and

techniques from both open hand forms

and weapon sets that provide the

building blocks necessary for effective

self defence

In addition to Lau Gar, the

 club also provides tuition

 in Eagle Claw and Mantis

to more advanced students.

 New for 2010 will be

 Shaolin Stick and Double

 Broadswords

Free fighting is an essential part of Lau Gar

training. Tuition is provided in modern

 competition 'points fighting' semi-contact

sparring and for the more experienced and

 willing students, 'full contact'.
