In addition to Lau Gar, the club also provides tuition in Eagle Claw and Mantis to more advanced students. New for 2010 will be Shaolin Stick and Double Broadswords |

Free fighting is an
essential part of Lau Gar training. Tuition is provided in modern competition 'points fighting' semi-contact sparring and for the more experienced and willing students, 'full contact'.
Above Rapid hand and leg techniques are our trademark in fighting. Note the position of the arms on the student to the right; close to protect the body against counter-attacks
Simultaneous block and counter-attack. Combinations like this are performed at great speed |
