Steve Jeffery

5th Degree Guardian

Chief Instructor of club

Steve Jeffery commenced training in

 1982 at the age of 22.  After 5 years

 he gained his 1st degree Black sash

and has continued to teach each week

at the Salisbury club ever since. He has

trained students who have been

 promoted through their Black sash

 grades up to 5th degree as well as

fighters who have gained 1st place

titles in both National and

International competitions.

Lau Gar Guardian is a prestigious

position within the British Kung Fu

Association and awarded by Master Yau

to only his most senior and loyal

students. Numbers are small and it is

considered an honour to be asked to

accept such a position. High technical

standards are expected of each

Guardian; in addition they each make a

personal commitment to the style, its

development and long term future.
